Work of Week One!

This was our first week of class for 7A!  Our first assignment was to create a pun and act it out so that our classmates would (hopefully) be able to guess the meaning of our creative cues.  I had a couple ideas including... 1)the picture of The Situation, from Jersey Shore, with glue poured all over it.. being a "Sticky Situation...2)a can of pepper with a stethoscope around its lid.. being "Dr. Pepper".. but decided both of those were cheesy.  So I decided to buy a plant and cut out the faces of my little brother's friends (creepy yes) and glue them onto the leaves...A "Faceplant"!!! Here is how it turned out.

We also had to all bring in props and pretty much do a little SNL skit out of what we could find! My group had...

a bench seat from a work out thing (for a better lack of words.. haha) a dirt devil vacum, a strainer, a tea cup, and an oriental fan...later added was a peacock feather not pictured.  We created a  Safety Device Survival Kit for your home! The situation was a drunk girl at a bar (me haha) who brings home a dangerous guy who she needs to defend herself with! First she uses the peacock feather to distract.  Then the fan to paper cut him.  Then strains hot tea bags out of the cup and flings them.. lastly the dirt devil to pull his hair! KABOOM! She never has to worry about safety again.
