Finally another free for all response! Today I want to talk about my family.  This weekend I went home to LA to celebrate Passover on Sunday.  I love going home to a clean house and a refreshing environment, such a different scene than from Isla Vista! Anyways, we had such a good dinner.  String beans in a creamy corn paste, briskit, turkey, horosis (an apple red wine walnut..jewish mix), matza ball soup with carrots (my grandma on my dad's side recipe), salad and more!  That's another thing about home, AMAZING FOOD.  Anyways, I love being surrounded by my family, so many interesting characters.  I always have so much fun with my two closest siblings, Sara (a photographer in LA with the best sense of humor) and my younger brother Zac (an 18 year old high school senior..somewhat of a douchebag..but a humor-filled douche :)). One of my cousins and his wife always come to family events high, so thats an interesting scene!  My father is a plumper man who always cracks everyone up.  My dad always brings light and positivity to any situation, he's a really big role model in my life.  And we are all especially proud of him for finally getting a hold on his health and loosing 30 pounds, good job poppa pine! We also have two twin cousins, they are super pessimistic but it is so entertaining to watch them bicker.. especially because they are identical haha.  Anyways, overall being surrounded by a Pine family is so much fun and such a comfortable environment.  I feel really blessed to have the family I do and really want to take advantage of the close distance and go home more often.
