Scary Moment.

Fear is an entity everyone despises.  No one likes to be in the position where they are scared for their life, or someone else's.  This is my confessional for the fear assignment.  One day, when I was about 8 years old, my trainer, back then known as Super Jen, had driven me home from the barn.  It was late, probably around 8:00 pm.  As I pulled up to the driveway I noticed my mom standing there.  I did not know why, it was not a usual thing for her to be waiting outside for my arrival.  As I got out tof the car, my momma told me, you better go inside, Dad has something to tell you.  The irony of the situation occurred when my trainer proclaimed "Uh oh, someone's in trouble".  Not quite the situation.  As I proceded inside, I asked my dad what was going on, and he had told me my Nanny Dubbie, his mother, had passed away.  Now some would say, is'nt that a sad moment.  It was indeed, but I remember walking up to my room freaking out talking to myself.  I felt so alone.  For some reason, it hit me so hard and I was so fearful of loosing someone again that I felt so close to.  It was a moment of fear in the sense that I had so much fear from then on whenever my parents would leave, even if it was just to go out to dinner.  I miss my Nanny so much to this day, and all her witty little sayings.  However, I am alright now and feel that these specific issues of fear have gone away.
